Policy
Cookie Notice
Aether uses cookies and browser storage for login, preferences, and continuity.
Essential cookies
Aether uses essential cookies or similar session storage for authentication, account security, and protected pages. These are needed for features like chat, assignments, settings, billing UI, progress, and video lessons.
Local storage
Aether may use localStorage for theme preference, temporary chat state, and small interface settings. This data stays in your browser unless a feature explicitly saves it to your account.
Analytics and diagnostics
Aether may use analytics, logs, or diagnostics to understand errors, slow pages, usage, and abuse patterns. We do not use analytics to create visible student anxiety, such as chat credit counters.
Learning data is not just cookies
Assignments, saved chats, generated lessons, lesson progress, uploaded file references, and account settings may be stored in Aether’s database, not ordinary browser cookies. Clearing cookies may log you out, but it may not delete saved account data.
Third-party services
Providers such as Supabase, Gemini, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, hosting providers, or analytics tools may use their own cookies, logs, or technical identifiers when their services are used to operate Aether.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Doing so may log you out, reset theme preferences, or remove temporary chat state. To delete account data stored by Aether, contact us.
Changes
As Aether adds or removes features, this notice may change. We will keep this page focused on what the product actually uses.
